Marshal (Stephen): heavy and fencing all good. Averaging 5 heavy fighters, 5+ fencers. No injuries/incidents. Ok to continue as Marshal.

Harcourt Park Joust: Any lessons?
Laura: no fighting good given the lots of other fighting. Was worth emphasizing family and craft.
Welcome to SCA meet and greet (Helen): 
mix garbed and non-garbed. Fighters please bring stuff. Electric BBQ available for use. Bring cleaning stuff. Helen and Peter to bring Kubb, bring games. Food enough for self plus extra. Handout - people please revise by end of tonight.
Archery event (Richard):
Combat archery event. Sat 18 April (Sun 19 April if Sat wet) @ Karaka Park, Wainuiomata. No charge for attendance. Picnic lunch. Combat archery (101 - authorizations), fighting, sideline archery - need heavies with mesh, have a go. Aim for finish around 5pm, with stuff at Robyn and Selwyn's afterwards. Park available - will need to rope off. Richard marshal in charge of event. To be advertised a bit wider.; More details in email. No fees, no budget.

Midwinter feast (Alastair R): (Robyn R steward) 
Sat 27 June, Featherston, A White Feast to celebrate Mid Winter. White food, clothing and decorations. A prize for the best white costume. Live music, juggling, and other entertainment. Feast begins at 3 pm and finishes at 6 pm. Dancing and Bardic circle after. Billets available. 6 course feast. Various entertainments planned and budgeted for in Kate Mead (cello), Mike Fergusson (juggling and fire stuff). Will organise fire permit, including brazier.

DA - Richard pencil booked Brookfields for 3rd weekend in Aug ie 21 Aug - happy to run again, but would like suggestions. Will put a bid in later.
Selwyn: Informally accepted for Darton Captain of archers by Kingdom
Got 8 archers at last practice (including 1 ex-medieval guild. 2 new target frames planned - test run first. Arrow order going on as per list/facebook.
Alastair R: Mike Fergusson running LARP at Mike and Lara's place - MLH type camping opportunity. (Note: 3.4.2015 Postponed to 18 April)
Crockery: plain white bowls - payment in kind for equipment hire. Oked.
Robyn R: Booktown (late in year 17/18 Oct, Featherston) Book binding stream - Isabel de Winter to come up for. Some seminars. Would like some medievalists to spruke - tryptich and flyer etc. Zane calligraphy talk raised.
