General:
Coffee, tea and milk receipt from Collegium lost so no reimbursement for Madeleine.

Canterbury Faire bookings are open!

 DA - happened, people seemed to enjoy themselves. Financial report two payments away from being final. Preliminary monies look like we made about $500.  Rain meant no heavy tourney and no combat archery games, and lack of marshal meant no rapier tourney.
Thanks to Margaretta for the food planning and cooking, to Kjartan and Kazimira for the transporting of the things, Kotek for cooking the feast, and Luan for all his work setting up the archery hunt. Sadly forgot to bring the chore chart.

Collegium - still gotta finalise finances, all payments received.

No train demo in Featherston because no one is available.

Days of fun? Priority to bags for sunshade, table pieces, maybe late August or October.

-Margaretta said frying pans at Brookfield's were pretty rubbish and would like the Shire to spend some money on pots and pans. Kjartan said it would make cooking breakfasts easier.
-put Darton name on things when doing the clean out of Shire stuff.
-replace useful things what are broken in clean out.
