DA accounts finalised, kingdom levies $16 scanz and $26 to kingdom to be paid tomorrow. Please note - this is a different figure as what was presented to the membership as our member/nonmember numbers were slightly out.

No one is dead! We had a tourney! No injuries!

Archery is happening when it isn't too wet underfoot. One day was actually nice! Combat archery training before CF is in the works.

Scanz Agm coming up. There will be a new committee position opening up soon. Call for info will go out soon
Bullying policy, privacy policy, online policy in the works to come into line with scaa policies. Voting papers out now! Quorum would-be nice!
Need new signatories as conflict with Bernard and Madeleine. Bernard still to raise with SCANZ

Madeleine motions to spend $200 on 3mm shears from Peter for armouring for the Shire. Luan seconded, motion passed unanimously.

Spoke about Kingdom Seneschals concern on officer positions. Shire reflects my feeling that we don't need officers as we are fairly self propelling.

Luan - two future events.
BBQ and booze (maybe informal event?) would be a distilling event rather than a drinking event.
Royal event in 2017 as his Royal Highness is keen to re visit Darton. Luan is keen to host them.
