General:
Need to finalise DA accounts.
Yet to pay - Scanz and kingdom event levies for Collegium - $6 to scanz and $18 to kingdom
OK to pay collegium kingdom and scanz levies (Bernard tabled, Kjartan seconded, everyone agreed)
Levies for da expected to be $16 to scanz and $26 to kingdom
Need to finalise DA accounts - electronic copy forthcoming.
Madeleine to send email/facebook to financial committee to confirm levies to pay for DA when we have final report.
Kjartan to provide receipt for frying pan for reimbursment

No one is dead! Rapier continues, now the heavies are back from overseas we can fight again!

30th October - Garbed Champions Tourney (6th Nov as a rainy day date)
As the Champions Tourneys didn't happen at DA this year, let's have a potluck dinner with some entertaining hitting each other first.
2x pre dinner tourneys (rapier and heavy)

SCANZ Agm coming up. Call for info will go out soon
There will be a new committee position opening up soon. 
Bullying policy, privacy policy, code of conduct in the works to come into line with SCAA/SCA LTD policies.

Darton bank account - we may need a new signatory as there is a conflict with Bernard as SCANZ representative and Madeleine as Senschal both being signatories.
Bernard will raise this at the next SCANZ meeting to find a suitable person to be signatory.
