Nobody died.

Archery has happened despite crappy weather. Fundraising bows for shoot a knight fundraising acquired.
Shire arrows and new period bow going well. Testing other kit for price effectiveness and durability. May need new targets in the new year.

Coronation is this weekend!

Darton Anniversary 25-27 August. Bookings are open. 16 people have booked so far.
Field test for the rest of the feast went well.
There will be a Brewers guild grading at DA.
There will be a market at DA.


Sword and archery symposium (non SCA) last weekend in October. Including two archery masters! Book now!


Possible event - Luan wants to put forward a bid for Nov Crown 2019. He will bring forth some ideas to council in the future.
Luan also spoke about another archery event when his health is gooder-er.

Possibility of fundraising shoot a knight at Thornton Faire in Dec. Also Karori Carnival in Feb

Day of fun was fun, yay! The person who left the blue water bottle at the site please email me to arrange collection of it.

Featherston Cross Creek Festival - Sancha has asked that the SCA have a presence at the festival on the 2nd of September. 

Buy swap sell event - open up to other groups shift your shite day.

Fiora has offered to do heraldry stuff, speak to your friendly local or SG herald to submit!

Raiffe has got in contact with us. SG is looking at buying a new shipping container for the CF site, and will rent space to us at $26 per m3 per annum. He hopes that half of a 20ft container will be enough space for us.
We should talk about specifics of what to leave down there - benches, tables, etc. We could look at stainless steel feast gear? Candles, lanterns.

Fundraising to happen. Probably most cost effective to put it on a shipping container. Still looking into shipping options. Bows for shoot a knight we has. Bernard is happy to organise.


Madeleine would like to sell some of the hire garb. There were no objections.
