$25.00 DA daytrip
Payments made from account:
Tablecloth cleaning reimbursement ($115.20)  and DA fee refund ($97) put through as of council minutes, total $212.20
$40 Kingdom levies
$18 SCANZ levies
Closing account balance $3951.45

General:
DA still to be finalised, waiting on one last payment on non member fee
Kingdom levies and SCANZ levies paid
Quarterly report was finalized.

No injuries, training has been quiet.

Archery happening. Hoping to do a couple of competitions before CF. About 8 new Archers, mostly kids.

Sewing thing for canvas happened. Now have big canvas.

St Catherines Faire Royal event/Barony handover coming soon!

St Sebs in Feb, bookings are open


Possible event - Luan wants to put forward a bid for Nov Crown sometime (not the same time as sword symposium). He will bring forth some ideas to council in the future.

Possibility of fundraising shoot a knight at Thornton Faire in Dec. Luan is liasing with the school. Also Karori Karnival in Feb

Canterbury Faire is in two weeks! Talk about when you're going to travel down/back. Reminder - the coastal route will probably still not be at 100% capacity, so plan to take more time getting down/back.

Fiora has offered to do heraldry stuff, speak to your friendly local or SG herald to submit!

Shire sunshades - is a large piece of canvas. Hemming needs to be done.

Helewys proposes that we buy new teatowels as the current ones are very good at water distribution. To gather information and propose an option for purchase in future. Also how many.

Office of Seneschal. I (Madeleine) have said before I'd be happy to hold the office for another year to tidy up some things I'd like to achieve. Luan proposed I stay on, no objections.
