Quarterly report back from Kingdom, we're doing good. Nico has suggested we should have a fourth group officer. Deputy Seneschal?

No one was injured in a way we can be blamed for.

Archery yay! Archery boo when it's windy and cold.
New Archer got their first bullseye, yay!
First new period loaner how is in the field with the hope to retire all the old fiberglass ones within a year.

Coronation is in July, book now! Please note, accommodation needs to be booked privately.

Darton Anniversary 25-27 August. Bookings are open. 10 people have booked so far.
Field test for half the feast went well.

Sword and archery symposium (non SCA) last weekend in October. Including two archery masters! Book now!

Time travellers ball (non SCA) June 24

Bowman's gathering (non SCA) 17-18 June

8th July smelting and a&s. There will be fabric dying and possibly cannon casting.


Possible event - Luan wants to put forward a bid for Nov Crown 2019. He will bring forth some ideas to council next month.

Possibility of fundraising shoot a knight at Thornton Faire in Dec. Also Karori Carnival in Feb

Featherston Cross Creek Festival - would Sancha find it useful for the SCA to attend for recruitment? Madeleine will email her.

Fiora has offered to do heraldry stuff, speak to your friendly local or SG herald to submit!

Raiffe has got in contact with us. SG is looking at buying a new shipping container for the CF site, and will rent space to us at $26 per m3 per annum.
Luan move that we find out how much space we can have. Bernard wants to think about what we can leave down there.

Shire marquee
Fundraising to happen. Probably most cost effective to put it on a shipping container. Still looking into shipping options.

Donations to Shire hire garb from the closed Wellington Medieval Guild - Madeleine looked through and will put the acquisitions away properly after showing them off.
