Saint Sebastian's has been postponed until 17th of March - NEXT weekend!

Coronation is in July, book now! Please note, accommodation needs to be booked privately.

Darton Anniversary 25-27 August
Gordon is bidding. Interested in doing a Roman event. Food by Desiderata. Would like to do A&S displaying legionaries kit. Budget gives us surplus of roughly $200.
Bernard proposed to accept, Kjartan seconds, no objections

Helewys is looking for a replacement for her position as Reeve, this entails about an hour of paperwork everynmonth unless there's an event on. Advertisement for the position will go out soon.

Shire sunshades.
Prices for a marquee explored. Seems tent Smith's are a better option than Panther for price, and have a good reputation.
Still to explore shipping costs. Bernard to investigate shipping costs from tent Smith's
Járnulfr has a big tarp like the Artisans encampment at CF for us to look at as a sunshade option.
