Officer Reports:
Seneschal –Helewys
Covid-19.  Yay, we are now at level 1, which means we can now proceed with planning our events, and back to full fighter and archery practices without any restrictions.  
In accordance with current Government guidelines to continue personal tracking, and the Kingdom Seneschal’s agreement that we should continue with the Sign-in sheets for all regular SCA happenings – A&S, fighter practice etc.  
I also think it is a good idea to continue with some distancing and the hygiene practices developed over the last 3 months.

The events for the 2019-2020 Financial year are now closed off with the final payment for the 2019 Sherwater Summer Feast, and the payment of the SCANZ and Kingdom levies (for May Crown, Stabbython and Darton Anniversary 2019).

Events: 
Brewers day which was tentatively scheduled for this weekend is being postponed until possibly some time in July before DA.
As we are now at level 1, we can hold the following events:
4-5 July – The 2nd Stabbython;
24-26 July ??- Darton Anniversary celebration.
12 September - Day of Fun (working with hot stuff - making Portable Banner holders);
Sometime in October - A Flight Shoot (still to be confirmed); 
14 November - Day of Fun and War Practice; and finally 
12 December - Sherwater Summer Feast.

Upcoming Events:
Stabbython:  - This is still happening, event proposal will be coming sometime soon! (received over the weekend and approved via discussion list and FaceBook notification).
Darton Anniversary:
Discussion was had as to the suitability of Elmwood for Darton Anniversary – in particular, the lack of toilet and cleaning facilities, given the number of expected attendees.
Suggested that we look at alternative venues – Possibly the Karori Scout Hall in Campbell Street or other venues.  
The Date that DA will be held will be determined by the dates available for any suitable venues.
