Canterbury Faire went smoothly, though highlighted that we need to do something about the existing sunshade as it it no longer waterproof. Safe travel by all.

We recieved out "tax bill" from Scanz treasurer. The Darton portion is $0.90. this message to be approved for payment to be made into scanz account.
Q3 report has been completed and uploaded to Dropbox.

No one is dead! No one is broken.
One minor incident that resulted in bruised fingers. No one was being unsafe, purely an accident.


-Captain of Archers
Royal round went well, three combatants, long range needs to be worked on. New Archers on the range had fun. Trying to run one royal round\ikac a month.

Canterbury Faire happened, we got there and back safely.

Saint Sebastian's is in March, book now!

Coronation is in July, book now! Please note, accommodation needs to be booked privately.

Fiora has offered to do heraldry stuff, speak to your friendly local or SG herald to submit!

DA site pencilled in for 25th august, please get me a bid by next council if thinking of running it

Helewys is looking for a replacement for her position as Reeve, this entails about an hour of paperwork every month unless there's an event on.

Shire sunshades.
Many options - waterproof costing about $50ish
Sew them together to have one sunshade instead of two
Invest in a new sunshade $400+poles and ropes
Get a separate marquee $5k plus ropes poles and shipping. Luan has offered to pay for half if he can use it for symposium
If marquee, we would need to fundraise.
If Luan pays half, how do we know who owns it?
Do we have option other than panther? How much will shipping cost?

No on waterproofing existing shades, yes to repairs themselves
Maybe to have an artisan like shade - to be explored further next council. Please give feedback to senecschal
Maybe on a marquee, to explore options and pricing on shipping and fabric.
