General: Inquiries were made about the postal statement fee, and the $4 we were charged over two months was reversed.

As no one has informed me otherwise I will assume there has been no excessive maiming at trainings in the last month.

    -Captain of Archers - Luan
One new frame is finished! Second one should be done by DA. Period hunting Target for da as well
More peeps coming. Will have a great great hunt for the 10th anniversary.
New materials for targets purchased, will be in action soon.
Archery happens. Competition once a month will be the weekend before Hamlet day.
Please talk to Luan about applying as new Captain of archers.

   - Scribal warden - Járnulfr.
Nothing to report. Keeping in touch with the college.

   - Herald - Bernard
Fiora is applying for permission to conflict for the populace badge. In the instance we are not granted permission, she has proposed an alternative, which is  a fieldless gold hunting horn in a gold ring.

Recommend people for awards! People are great! TRH would like awards for DA well in advance. See how on the Herald's website.

Collegium - Robyn
Newlands community centre. 22 and 23rd September 2018.
Cost still TBC, probably $12

Darton Anniversary, Anno Societatis LII 24-26 August, at Brookfields, Wainuiomata. This will be a Royal event!
$80 pp. Children 12 and under $60, children under 5 $30 (to cover accommodation).
A month before the event the cost will go up by $10. Steward: Marienna Jensdatter

The A&S display will be based around unicorns.
There will be a boffer tourney and youth catagories for archery and a&s.

I have a drop dead deputy in Gordoninus and Marienna and Asbjorn.
Banner things received from Stefano, will look at what styles we have/need. Planning day to happen.


*General Business:

This Saturday (the 14th, 1pm) is the day for inventory! Robyn co-ordinating.
Loaner garb may have a separate inventory day.

Seneschal will approach SCANZ about Hamlets being listed on the SCANZ website.
