Advertised Monday, applications close 28th. No commentary required, but for the application for CF I'll need a full application + commentary. No applications, I was super slack and didn't re-advertise. Quarterly report submitted. Have made slight amendment to wording on description on Facebook page, added " Want to join this group? Will have a great great hunt for the 10th anniversary. New materials for targets purchased, will be in action soon. Archery happens. Competition once a month will be the weekend before Hamlet day. Taught calligraphy course at Gildenwick Collegium. - Herald - Bernard We had two returns - Thora, name and device passed, and the populace badge, returned. See how on the Herald's website. Speak to your local herald about registration. Events Collegium - Robyn A very basic bid for the collegium I plan to run in September. A more formal budget with costs for attendees will be set up once I have a confirmed venue. Dates: either 15-16 or 27-28 September depending on venue availability Format: 1-1/2 or 2 full days of classes with tea and coffee supplied Venue specs: 2 rooms minimum so there is a chat/child space separate to the classroom/s Feast / lunch: Currently not planned unless someone wants to put their hand up to spend the day cooking – so BYO lunch and all go home for dinner Planned Budget: $200-$400 for the venue $30 tea/coffee supplies and possibly some biscuits Costs: I assume it will be very similar to the 2016 collegium -Adult $12, Children 5-18 $2, Children under 5 free Darton Anniversary, Anno Societatis LII 24-26 August, at Brookfields, Wainuiomata. This will be a Royal event! $80 pp. Children 12 and under $60, children under 5 $30 (to cover accommodation). A month before the event the cost will go up by $10.
