Minutes from last meeting tabled by Bernard passed by Helewys
Small amendment to last month - there was a slight boo boo in the monies, we noted the amount that was in the account before the last payment, not the amount that payment brought it up to... Should have read $6033.79

Potential loss of frypans (post meeting addendum - most kitchen gear recovered. the Shire lost a can opener and a packet of bamboo skewers. Many thanks to Luan and Robyn for heading to Brookfields to retrieve the gear)

We had fighting at an event, no injuries to my knowledge. New champions, yay!!!
Heavy, His Majesty appointed his Excellency Bernard to act as Heavy champion.
Rapier Lord Thomas retained his position as champion.
Helewys has again won the archery championship

Other notes;
There have been some blade failures over the last quarter across Lochac. Two of these tang failures of Darkwood blades one blade failure with no details.
Remember to check your equipment regularly, if you can’t remember when you last stripped your blade down for cleaning and inspection perhaps this is a good reminder to do so.
If you are unsure what constitutes a failed blade please ask me (I won’t judge), or one of the fencing martials (Both Tom and Gordonius have current martial cards, plus we have plenty of people that know what to look for).
Likewise if you can’t remember when your protective gear was last checked, this is also important to keep on top of (referring to both heavy and rapier). I can’t recall having to fill in any injury reports (yay less paper work), lets keep it that way.
